Former Classic hopeful AMBIENTE FRIENDLY (1) notched up a Huntingdon hurdle win attempting 3200m then returned a 7L sixth at the same venue. Revisiting this grade looks ideal for a rebound. Leading contender. LOOPING D’ARC (2) produced a Southwell maiden hurdle success tackling 3200m by 4.5L then failed to fire at Hereford at the same test. Another chance on best form. Warrants serious consideration. RETETI (7) improved to a track and trip second just 0.5L down after a Lingfield miss. Can go close again. Genuine danger. NORTHWEST PASSAGE (9) returns for a second outing over hurdles after a Newbury seventh. Improvement expected with that experience.
