THE FLYING POET (2) stayed away from the winter ground in preparation for another summer campaign. Did fight on well to win here last start in September and will be fit and ready for this first outing of the season. May give a bold sight. SIR CARNEGIE (3) proved better when tackling fences than hurdling and won't be far away if replicating the level of form that saw him finish second here three weeks ago. JIRKO (6) didn't jump well unseating the rider here behind the just mentioned recently. Tough ask to shed the maiden but not without a chance. Irish-raider ATTABOYARCHIE (1) has to be feared though does appear to be vulnerable.
