One of the genuine hopes in the race. BELLE OFTHE WOOD (9) was too good for a maiden field when resuming last start over 1308m at Charles Town (Dirt), scoring by 10 lengths. Is lightly raced and has plenty of scope for improvement. Re-unites with Jevian Toledo who was on board last start. Tougher task this time but expected to be competitive again. STAR BLESSING (6) returns from a spell. Finished seventh at this track and distance at her only appearance last prep ten weeks ago. Sure to make her presence felt.
