SMART PHILLY (6) was well fancied when resuming last start over 1207m at Presque Isle Downs (Synthetic) when fourth, beaten 11 lengths. Martina Rojas goes well on this three-year-old and is back on top today. Will strip fitter so expect her to feature. ZEPHYR'S JEWEL (1) wasn't far off maiden success before a break of 11 months, finishing the campaign with a minor placing over 1207m at this track (Dirt). No surprise if she was able to get off the mark. IVEY MY LOVE (2) was never in contention last time over 1207m at Delaware Park (Dirt) when she finished sixth, beaten 16 lengths. Finds the right race and is worth consideration. TIZ HER LAW (3) returns after nine weeks in the paddock. Closed the last campaign with a fourth over 1006m at this track (Dirt). Solid top-three hope.
