L'UNION JACK (7) placed third at Auteuil both attempts since debuting with a Clairefontaine victory. Rates a major threat following a 7L defeat in a 3600m hurdle held on very heavy going last time. WELLS PARK (2) came home 18L fourth tackling a 4000m steeplechase held on a soft surface at Le Touquet. Strong prospects.
