LUCKY JOHAN (2) returns after three-and-a-half months in the paddock. Closed the last campaign with a seventh over 1200m at San Isidro. Looks the one to beat. DON ALMIRANTE (3) returned last time with a solid third at this track over 1000m. This is a nice race and can get the job done. HOPEFULL RIDE (6) finished out of the money two starts back then was beaten 9 lengths when fourth over 1100m at this track five weeks ago. Finds a nice race and can feature in the finish. DON NIQUEL (5) did little and finished 21 lengths from the winner in sixth over 1200m at San Isidro last start, a less impressive effort than his fourth on debut at San Isidro the run before. This looks a sterner test than last time but on his best form he is right in contention.
