Proving a good combination with Mauricio E Villaruel with three straight placings. Sure to play a big role. CURIOSA LANE (9) returned from a spell a month ago when she was beaten 3 lengths into fourth over 1200m at La Plata. Must raise the bar but a better run will not surprise. SAMAY FUN (6) doesn't win out of turn, scoring just once from 18 starts. Again tasted defeat last start when 11th over 1300m at this track, beaten 20 lengths. Finds a nice race and can salute. BIANCA CAT (7) was unplaced two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1000m at this track, beaten 2.75 lengths into sixth. Worth noting Rodrigo Daniel Bascu An goes aboard. No surprise to see her in the frame.
