CUERVO CABEZON (5) is fresh from a spell of 14 months and did hit the frame when last resuming at this track over 1600m. In a different yard now. Sure to prove tough to beat. AZURE (3) resumes from a spell of three months. Could only manage to finish sixth at the latest run over 1200m at San Isidro. Good chance to break through. LUCKY SHINE (7) was out of the money when resuming two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1200m at San Isidro, finishing fifth. Must raise the bar but a win is not out of the question. LAST AMERICAN (9) is a two-start maiden who returned last time and finished fourth at this track over 1400m,. Definite top-three hope with plenty of improvement to come.
