JUGADOR TOP (1) wasted no time getting off the mark as favourite on debut over 1000m at this track a year ago and has not raced since. Will come on following that run and looks tough to hold out again. MAURO EL GRANDE (6) has a moderate winning strike-rate but performed well last time at this track, finishing second and only 1.5 lengths from the winner at the end of 1100m. Finds a suitable race and can go on to take this out. CHACO TRACK (11) didn't do a bad job when fourth last start over 1100m at San Isidro, beaten 1.75 lengths. That followed a win at San Isidro the start prior. This looks a sterner test than last time but on his best form he is capable of a big performance. FERENTINO (5) bounced back last start and scored by 1.5 lengths over 1100m at this track. Likely to be there at the finish again.
