BATTER UP (8) settled well back at this course and distance last time but did find the line nicely to finish fourth, beaten 2 lengths. Sure to be tough to hold out. LEBOMBO (7) scored two back at this track (Dirt) but was below his best last time when sixth over 1710m at this track (Dirt). Hard to beat in this suitable race. D DAY REUNION (2) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1811m at this track, beaten 12 lengths into seventh. Well placed to turn things around.
