Competitive event to conclude the card. SILCA BAY (5) stayed on well having travelled powerfully at Goodwood in June and goes well with Oliver Carmichael on board. Ran with credit in a better race at Sandown Park and is the one to beat. DOVEY MOON (6) did well to win at Salisbury in May but disappointing since. Has a mixed record in recent times but feared if supported. ASTRAZAR (7) looked progressive at the end of last season but struggled on all three runs this year. Needs a revival but worth another chance. MYTHICAL GUEST (2) has only two wins to his name but offered more at Ascot recently and is one to note.
