POPPEYE (13) sat on the pace before pulling clear to win comfortably by 1.3L over 1600m here. Looks capable of another strong performance. CORAMENTO (8) returned to form gaining a 2.25L success at the same track trying 1600m last time. Faces tougher opposition but could remain competitive. COSMOS RAJ (1) finished second tackling 1900m at Wolverhampton. Travelled well throughout the contest. Finds a suitable opportunity and should go well again. MWAFAQ (7) attracted market support past couple of starts. Failed to threaten when ninth attempting 1600m at Pontefract most recently. Might get involved if improving.
