LIVIN ON LUCO (6) was noted doing good late work when fourth in the Welsh National attempting latest. Still holds a progressive profile and that gave confidence in seeing out this marathon trip. The admirable MR VANGO (1) can be forgiven his last run being an insufficient test. Must contend with quite the weight however has managed it before when landing the Midlands National. Hard to dismiss. ANGLERS CRAG (2) won in 2024 and returned to form securing a 9L victory at Carlisle in November. Keeping fresh for this and claims are solid. Easy winner of this last year KNOCKANORE (10) has lost the plot since. No surprise if he were to rediscover best.
