FIFTY B M G (4) finished runner-up on turf over 1006m at Fort Erie Turf two back then filled another minor placing last start on the same surface at Fort Erie Turf, beaten 1.5 lengths over the 1006m journey. Looks overdue. Hard to beat this time. ERLAN (6) missed the placings when resuming two runs back then did a good job last start but found a couple better over 1106m at Thistledown, beaten only one length. Faces an easier assignment so he is likely to play a big role. POLSTER (3) is back from a spell of 12 weeks. Scored a good win at his only run last preparation at this track (Dirt) over 1006m. Definite top-three chance. FREGON (5) resumed from a spell for a new stable last start when he found one better over 1006m at this track, his first dirt track experience. Has a win and four minor placings at this journey from seven starts and is not to be discounted.
