Well placed and should be tough to rein in. CASCABEL (3) has a moderate winning strike-rate but did a good job when returning from a break last time at this track (Turf), finishing fourth and only 2 lengths from the winner at the end of 1006m after being in contention on the bend. Meets some better types this time but a big run is on the cards. MY BALBOA (4) was in the firing line on the turn and finished second last start at the first run back from a spell over 1006m at this track (Turf), beaten half a length. Goes up a rung or two but he is up to the task. ONE STEP BEYOND (8) ran below expectations last time at this track (Dirt), finishing fifth and beaten 9 lengths. Nicely placed to turn things around.
