FICTION (7) finished a 2.75 lengths third on turf at this track two back then followed up with another minor placing on dirt at MOUNTAINEER PARK over 1609m four weeks ago. Expect he will continue the good form. SPRINGS (6) was beaten 3 lengths into third at MOUNTAINEER PARK two starts ago then finished 3.5 lengths from the winner in fourth last time at MOUNTAINEER PARK (Dirt). Backmarker who keeps coming. Suited here and can feature with even luck. BRIARCLIFF (10) went forward over 1207m at MOUNTAINEER PARK (Dirt) last time but found a couple better. Hasn't been far away this time in work with six minor placings from 10 starts. Can sneak into the finish.
