IDEFIX DE CIERGUES (2) returned to winning ways securing a 2L success in a Uttoxeter handicap hurdle recording a first top-three effort since October placing third at Chepstow. Expected to challenge. ESCAPOLOGIST (7) delivered a good 1.5L triumph in a course and distance handicap hurdle only to then prove unable to follow up when fourth at Wetherby. Might bounce back. TIGER ORCHID (8) makes some attraction towards the bottom of the weights.
