HOP AWAY HOTTIE (2) had been in top form landing two consecutive wins but last start missed the frame when fifth over 1207m in Listed grade at Prairie Meadows (Dirt). Sound record at this distance with four wins and eight minor placings from 15 runs and shapes as a key contender. BAH HUMBUG (3) returns from a layoff of five months. Worth noting she filled a minor placing when returning from a spell last prep over 1207m at Thistledown. One to consider. HOT COCOA (4) went forward and proved too strong last time, scoring with one length to spare over 1609m at Mountaineer Park (Dirt). Has a strong association with Deshawn L Parker who has been in the saddle for her last three wins. Deserves respect.
