SAINT MIHIEL (6) finished out of the money two starts back then was beaten 7 lengths when fourth over 1308m at Del Mar two-and-a-half weeks ago after being in the firing line on the corner. Finds a nice race and can figure in the finish. ELTONSINGSANOTHER (3) was a placegetter on dirt over 1207m at Santa Anita two back but missed the frame on turf over 1006m at Del Mar last time. Hard to fault if at her best. Can atone. MANIAE (5) turned in a nice effort to score two runs ago but was less impressive last time out when second over 1106m at this track, beaten 4.5 lengths. Likely improver with top-three prospects.
