CV FDDDINASTY SHAN (7) finished 0.8 lengths from the winner in fourth last time out in Group 2 class at this track (Dirt) over 320m. Has a very strong record at this journey, scoring on four occasions from five starts. Reunites with jockey Armando Viramontes who knows him well, including three wins while aboard. Fitter and looks sure to play a big role. CONTENTIOUS (5) is a promising filly yet to miss the frame after six starts, including three wins. Last appeared when she finished third over 320m at this track on August 23. Has a terrific record here with three wins and three minor placings from six starts. Should be in the finish. MP JESS ROCKIN (9) resumed three weeks ago over 366m at this track and was only beaten 1.3 lengths into fourth. Needs to be at her best to beat this field but she is up to the task. STANDING WITH PRIDE (4) ran below expectations last start, finishing fifth and beaten 1.5 lengths at this track (Dirt) over 366m. Deserves another chance.
