NOT MY RODEO (6) is usually thereabouts but finds it hard to win, with only one victory from 14 starts. Again tasted defeat last start when fourth over 1106m at Los Alamitos, beaten 4 lengths. Has the talent to take this out. SMILING CAPOTE (3) made progress last time out, finishing 6 lengths from the winner in second at the end of 1106m at Los Alamitos after being in the firing line on the corner. Will enjoy a drop in class so he is all set to build on that latest effort. BET THE OM (2) got the prize two runs ago but couldn't follow that up last time out when fourth over 1207m at Los Alamitos, beaten 15 lengths. Well placed and can make amends.
