BLAZING PEME (3) last appeared three weeks ago over 1006m at Los Alamitos when he finished eighth. This is his first run for the Jorge Maravilla stable. Rates highly and expected to go well. SMILING JOJO (6) gets a change of rider and has been freshened up since finishing eighth over 1609m at Del Mar (Dirt) last start. Can bounce back. CRYPTO CRAZE (8) held on well to finish third last start over 905m at this track (Dirt), beaten 1.1 lengths. Taking on a better field but he is good enough to feature. SEIGE THE DAY (5) was beaten 5 lengths into sixth in a 905m contest at this track last time out. Best efforts measure up so worth another chance.
