SLACK BOB (2) has shown ability in three starts to date and shaped as though he would be capable of landing a nursery of this standard when a decent fifth in a maiden at Chelmsford (1400m) last time. Will appreciate coming back to 1200m and could be the one to beat off this opening mark. MAD UNICORN (9) is turned out just a few days after filling the runner-up spot over 1000m at Southwell. Warrants plenty of respect. Another to note is CORNICHE GIRL (3) who looked as though going up to 1200m would suit when fourth at this venue last start. MUST BE TEN (4) cannot be ruled out from an each-way perspective.
