RICARDO PHILLIPS (2) registered his sole victory at this track last July when making all over 2400m. A bit too free when a decent third on seasonal return at Epsom last time. Can strip fitter for that. Looks the selection. HACHIMAN (3) managed to keep on for a 1L third providing first attempt at this journey latest finishing just ahead of KAMEEL (1). Cheekpieces can help bring out a little more. CLIPSHAM NOBLE (5) was an easy winner at this venue trying 2400m in May. Not reached those heights since but could come into the equation now dropping in trip. TYPEFACE (4) proved disappointing at short odds recently. Longer distance and headgear need to lift him.
