SPEED FOCUSED (1) is close to breaking through after two consecutive placings, the latest coming when second over 1609m at Laurel Turf (Dirt) after being prominent from the outset. Drawn for a good trail just off the pace. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run. HIS FRIESAN FIRE (3) settled well back when 17 lengths from the winner in tenth over 1006m at this track last start, a less impressive effort than his fourth on debut at Timonium the run before. Has the talent to take this out. WAR REPORT (2) settled well back on debut last start and failed to threaten when ninth over 1006m at this track (Dirt). Expected to improve sharply and worth including this line-up.
