SHERIFF RONNIE (2) has been kept fresh since he resumed last start and proved too strong, scoring by half a length over 1308m at Timonium (Dirt). Open to plenty of improvement and happy to have him on top. MR SQUEAKY WHEELS (3) missed the placings two runs back then did well last start but found one better over 1207m at Delaware Park, beaten only 0.1 lengths after being prominent at the turn. Taking on a better field but he is up to the task. BEACH COWBOY (7) went forward and gave a great sight before finishing third last time out over 1207m at this track (Dirt). Nicely placed to give this a mighty shake. BACKNTHEWOODS (4) last appeared nine days ago over 1106m at this track when he finished second. This is his first run for the Joseph M Murphy stable. Comes here with definite top-three claims.
