BOB'S CARROT (2) went forward and proved too strong last time out, scoring by 1.3 lengths over 1408m at Churchill Downs (Dirt). Drawn to go forward again. Must raise the bar but a win is not out of the question. PIMLOTT (5) produced a reasonable effort to finish 1.2 lengths away in fifth last start over 1609m at Ellis Park. That followed a win on debut at Ellis Park. Steps up a level but he is capable of running a bold race. LINCOLN'S LAW (7) was prominent at the bend and finished second last start at the first run back from a spell over 1207m at Churchill Downs (Dirt), beaten 4 lengths. Hard to beat in this suitable race.
