Needs to be at his best to beat this field but he is up to the challenge. WR HOTT SHOTT (9) was a winner last time over 366m at this track (Dirt) and re-unites with Diaz Luis Eduardo Luna who steered on that occasion. Gets some weight relief this time so he is among the leading chances again. HEZA HAWKEYE (4) sat just off the speed and fought on well to finish second when resuming last start at this course and distance. Sound record at this distance with three wins and three minor placings from eight runs and has to be respected. ROSES AFTER MIDNIGHT (6) turned in a fine effort to score by half a length at today's course and distance when resuming from a break last start. Meeting a tougher field but on her best form she is one of the key runners.
