SCAR (3) missed the placings two starts back then ran a better race and finished 5 lengths away in fifth last time out over 1200m at this track. Meets some better types this time but this looks well within his grasp. PERSEVERA SIEMPRE (9) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1200m at this track, beaten 14 lengths into 12th. Goes up a rung or two but he is capable of running a bold race. REY GABRIEL ANDRES (12) finished seventh two runs back then improved last start but found one better over 1600m at this track, beaten 4 lengths. Likely improver so plenty to like about his chances.
