TATA MONCHO (11) improved sharply on his sixth two starts back at this track with a win over 1000m at this track two-and-a-half weeks ago, getting home by one length. Goes up a rung or two but he is up to the task. INCA DE SOL (13) finished 2.75 lengths from the winner in fourth last start over 1000m at this track, an improvement on his 12th at this track the run before. It doesn't get any easier but on his best form he is one of the chief contenders. MONTEPIEDRA (4) did little and finished 22 lengths from the winner in 14th over 1200m at this track last start, a less impressive effort than his 13th at this track the run before. Nicely placed to get the prize. ASTRO SOL (6) was responsible for a better run last start, beaten 4 lengths into sixth over 1000m at Club Hipico De Santiago. Likely improver with strong top-three prospects.
