SARATOGA FLASH (11) made progress last time out, finishing 5.5 lengths from the winner in third at the end of 1673m at this track. Finds an easier assignment and can get the job done. NAVY CROSS (1) showed good early dash and raced on the speed at the first run back from a break last start before fading to finish 2.25 lengths back in fifth over 1710m at this track (Synthetic). Will be handy in the run and should prove hard to run down. CORTA FUEGO (3) missed the placings two runs back then improved last start but found one better over 1710m at this track, beaten 0.3 lengths after being prominent at the bend. Likely improver with strong prospects. ETON (8) was beaten 9 lengths into seventh in a 1673m contest at this track at his latest appearance. Suitably placed so can turn things around.
