Her record at the track and trip is excellent, and another bold front-running effort looks likely. THOUGHT CONTROL (8) had little luck at the start in her latest outing, giving away valuable ground before finishing off strongly. A cleaner beginning would see her right in the finish. LADY GODIVA (4) performed with credit in the Grade 3 Tote Strelitzia Stakes last time and the form has been strengthened since. Taking on older rivals is a new challenge, but she has the talent to make her presence felt if she handles the surface. RUBY RISING (6) showed plenty of speed when leading over this course and distance last start before being caught late. A repeat of that effort could see her prove difficult to run down.
