ISIVIVANE (3) is close to breaking through but proving costly, last time out recording another placing when second at Greyville. Solid run again last time and among the leading chances. EVENTIDOR (4) has strung together a couple of wins at this course, the latest on December 9 over 1600m when he scored by 0.6 lengths. Tackling a deeper field this time but he is worth serious consideration. IMPERIAL POWER (8) built on a nice third two starts back at Greyville with a win over 1400m at this track eight weeks ago, getting home by 0.3 lengths. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot score again.
