Ludlow maiden hurdle winner PARK PRINCESS (1) posted an excellent effort in defeat when missing by a nose attempting the Listed Betfred 'The Classic Bookmaker' Mares' Novices' Hurdle at Haydock. That form is good and she could take some stopping now back down in grade. CUSHENDALL (3) looks the most interesting alternative having joined the Alan King team following a Kelso jumpers flat success last season. Fitted with a hood providing her first hurdle outing and warrants respect. KHUTULUN KHAN (6) showed ability in jumpers flat contests. Requires a market check after 633 days off. ONEFOURNINE (7) is another to note.
