TWIRLING ROSES (2) ran a bold race over this journey last start, racing on the pace and sticking on strongly to finish 3.5 lengths away in second at this track (Dirt). In the right race and is sure to prove hard to beat. RACARINO (1) has been in the market at his last couple of runs but failed to threaten, the latest effort a modest ninth at this track (Dirt) over 1207m. Worth another chance. SMART JOKER (3) did well to score two runs ago then turned in a decent effort last time out when third over 1207m at this track, beaten 2.75 lengths. Worth plenty of thought.
