DADDY'S GIFT (1) progressed nicely last time out to finish just 1.75 lengths from the winner in second over 1006m at Evangeline Downs Turf after being in contention on the bend. Ideally placed and is sure to give this a mighty shake. A LOTTA SHANCE (3) has scored at his last two starts, most recently by 0.8 lengths over 1106m at Evangeline Downs (Dirt). That continued the solid form this campaign, with three wins from six starts. Big chance once again. TEXAS TOWN (7) is back at the races for the first time since February 13. Worth noting he filled a minor placing when returning from a spell last prep over 1207m at Fairgrounds. Makes plenty of appeal.
