The winner that day LYRE D'OUDAIRIES (2) had previously shown good form placing second on three occasions tackling Pau hurdle races. Leading contender. LOUBA (8) suffered a 4.5L defeat placing second contesting a 3600m handicap hurdle at Auteuil. Must be considered making her steeplechase debut. Dropping in grade LAYLA LUX (9) is another to consider switching to fences on her first start since finishing 6.5L fourth in the 3600m G3 Prix Christian de Tredern at Auteuil during May last year.
