This race has thrown up some useful staying chasers and THE JUKEBOX KID (1) might just be another. The Ben Pauling trained six-year-old couldn't have done much more when making a successful start over fences at Carlisle (4200m) last month. Up 4.5kg in the weights but open to any amount of progress and could prove equal to the task. ZERTAKT (6) found the frame on four of his six starts to date over fences and might be the main danger having returned from nine months off with a decent second tackling further at Newcastle a fortnight ago. The unexposed AS THE FELLA SAYS (8) needs to be considered racing from the foot of the weights following a pleasing second making chase debut at Southwell. FIRST CONFESSION (3) warrants respect.
