GENUINE GOMO (8) finished ninth two runs back then improved last start but found one better over 1308m at this track, beaten only 0.3 lengths after being prominent at the bend. Likely improver with strong prospects. MALIBU WARRIOR (2) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start when he settled well back over 1308m at this track, beaten 7 lengths into sixth. Best figures measure up nicely. Sure to run well. CUT THE CORD (7) is a seven-year-old gelding who is having his first run for the Keith A Brown barn. Resumes after finishing sixth at Parx (Dirt) at his last run nine weeks ago. Not seen at the trials but looks nicely placed. Should feature in the finish. VALHALLA'S PALACE (4) is putting together some solid results. Finished second at this track (Dirt) two starts back then landed the prize by 3 lengths last time out over 1308m at this track (Dirt). Has his share of talent. Hard to beat in this suitable race.
