BE MY IDOL (3) missed the frame on debut then progressed nicely at his second outing when in the firing line on the corner, finishing 2 lengths from the winner in second at the end of 1408m at this track. Finds a suitable race and can find the winner's circle. MATT'S VENTURE (4) faced the starter for the first time and finished sixth last start at Laurel (Dirt) over 1106m, beaten 16 lengths. Can improve with Lasix added for the first time today. TAP INTO MAGIC (1) is a well-related two-year-old colt lining up for the first time. By Tapwrit from Magical Mist who has produced some fine gallopers, including winners at black type level. Hails from the strong juvenile stable of Ronney W Brown. Should get all the favours from this good gate and looks certain to be competitive. PURELY AUTHENTIC (2) ended up 11 lengths behind the winner in fourth on debut last start over 1408m at this track (Dirt). Open to plenty of improvement. Don't underestimate.
