Resumes after finishing fifth at Listed level at Century Downs at his last run nine months ago. Hasn't trialled publicly but looks well placed. Expected to be in the finish. SIR STERLING (5) has been in the market at his last couple of starts but hasn't made an impression, last start finishing fifth over 1408m at this track (Dirt). Rates highly on best figures - can do much better. HAPPY DANCER (1) has not won for a long while. Last raced on May 30 when beaten 5 lengths into fourth at this track (Dirt) over 1207m after he got a long way back in the run. Good enough on his day and can run a bold race.
