Taken to return to winning ways in what looks an easier event. ASTREA (9) suffered a 0.5L defeat placing third contesting a 1500m claiming race at Marseille-Vivaux on her penultimate attempt. Expected to play a leading role. MISTY CITY (2) had been in good form prior to finishing 4.5L ninth over 1600m at Cagnes-sur-Mer. Better expected in this race.
