GRAND SLAM DUKE (5) raced on pace for much of the way before fading in the straight to finish fourth, beaten 4 lengths, over 905m here last time. Blinkers removed. One of the main hopes. THREE D THRILL (2) wasn't far away on debut last start over 905m at this track, finishing third and beaten 3 lengths. Can figure in the finish.
