OUR PREFERRED PAL (2) returns from a spell of three-and-a-half months. Was safely held at the only appearance last prep when fourth over 1673m at Finger Lakes (Dirt). Eric Cancel has been in the money at all three rides, but is yet to win. Sure to play a big role. JULIET ON APPROACH (3) has been kept fresh for this since a disappointing fifth last start over 1710m at Woodbine six weeks ago. Better than last start and is a chance in this line up. FULL POUR (1) wasn't far off maiden success before a break of eight months, finishing the campaign with a minor placing over 1609m at this track (Dirt). Can kick off with a bold showing.
