ROUSSILLON was competing after an almost seven week break here last start when his effort on his home track was full of merit. This race is within his reach. HOUSE OF CARDS became unsuited in transit second up at Canterbury when he suggested that a step up form 1200m will now suit. BAT OUT OF HELL finished unplaced within this distance range last start at Canterbury but the effort was better than it appears at face value. He returns to home base with scope to improve today. COPACABANA can make a mockery of an unplaced third up Canterbury effort when there were excuses.
