BITTER SPIRIT won two in a row at Mackay before running on late to grab placing here last start. He will get back but has big finish and watch for him late. Liked the way CHANCE hit the line to win from the second half here last start. This no harder and he can make it two in a row. WHIRLWIND comes into this race third-up from spell. She made good late ground from the back last start and the extra distance looks ideal. BELMONT PARK charged home from second half when beaten less than a length here last start. Chance to go one better in similar race.
