GUAC ON has the early speed to find the rails and lead these first-up. He has shown little in previous first-up tries but this a nice race and happy to have something each-way. GAMADALE NIP ran on solidly when placed this track/distance two starts back then came from well out the back last start. Finds an easier assignment and he can return to winners stall. MELO MELO KAVA just found them too slick at Mackay last start. He was placed here prior and can bounce back while NORTHERNONTAP was no beaten all that far here last start. Ideal barrrier and is a must for first four players.
