BURLEIGH didn't have much luck first up and is due a breakthrough. SUNSET ROYAL was held up at debut, ending up too back at second go but is showing ability. PURSUANT was in the thick of things at his first run as a gelding and is bound to be improved. CALIFORNIA FLYER has been given time to mature and has shown enough. EQUIVASTER weighed in light at debut but was ok, opening short before drifting in the betting. A wide gate for debutant PAGLODE who has sound jump-out form.
