On pace runners 1,2,3,6 and 9. XTREME the ex Victorian resumes here after running 2nd at Ballarat. He has trialled well for his return. ST FAITH'S in a strong stable is another one who has trialled really well for her return. The other ex Victorian JADE TREES resumes here after 2 very good runs down there. He hasn't been seen at the trials so watch the betting. AETERNUM the likely leader from barrier 2 will appreciate the drop back to the 1000 metres. QUI ROUGE has trialled really well for her return but draws the outside barrier.
