JASON DARREN can lead from DUNQUIN with HINTO also prominent early. OVERZONE opened his account on debut over 1280m at home (Muswellbrook) before his subsequent effort was more than solid at Scone last start. He clearly has scope to improve when he now tackles this journey for the second time. JASON DARREN kept trying from in front with Gabrielle Johnston aboard at his Muswellbrook home base and this race will be within his reach with Gabrielle retaining the ride today. DUNQUIN kept responding when it counted at Mudgee after a gear change had been made and taking the next step from maiden class isn't beyond him when he now makes a Tamworth debut. ZOUCRATIC finished unplaced here last start however the performance was better than it appears at face value and stepping up from 1200m will aid his cause today, third up.
